What do I need to do?
Most shared and reseller hosting customers won't need to do anything to ensure their Virgo Networks services are configured to allow access over both IPv4 and IPv6, provided you are using our nameservers to manage the DNS records on your domain.
If you manage your own DNS records, you will need to ensure that for every A record you have defined, a matching AAAA IPv6 record is defined. If you need assistance configuring this, please raise a ticket and we'll be glad to help!
