For shared and reseller hosting customers, you should use the below settings to configure your e-mail client:
Server name (IMAP, POP3 and SMTP): shared.virgo-networks.net
Username: your e-mail address
Password: your e-mail password
SSL/TLS: Enabled
Account Type: IMAP (preferred), or POP3
Note: Depending on who your ISP or carrier is, you may not be able to use our SMTP servers to send messages. If you have trouble sending messages, but can receive them, this is likely the cause and you will need to check with your ISP or carrier to find out which SMTP server settings they support.
