All shared and reseller hosting accounts are backed up using our R1Soft CDP backup system. This service is included in the price of all shared and reseller hosting plans.
Backups are taken every hour.
Hourly backups are retained for 24 hours. Daily backups are retained for 7 days, and weekly backups are retained for 4 weeks.
Customers can restore their own data by clicking the "R1Soft Restore" button on the left-hand menu in SIteWorx. If you need assistance with restoring data, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Whilst we keep backups of data, we still strongly advise customers to maintain their own backups of any sensitive or critical data.
